CD Case Cable Organizer

An old CD/DVD cylinder case can be recycled to create a cable organizer.

You need:

  1. Old unused CD/DVD cylinder case
  2. Cables or wires that you want to organize

The cables or wires could be anything in your place that you want to be organized.

The cables to be organized could be a cellphone charger, a laptop charger, or a USB cable.

Below is an old cylinder CD/DVD case:

Steps:

Open the CD/DVD cylinder, and cut a rectangle portion along its rim as shown:

Just don’t mind the red stain. It’s an old CD/DVD case, so I don’t know where it got it’s mark.

Next, get your cables and loop it inside the casing.

Loop it in a circular fashion along the perimeter of the rim.

Then, gather all the end points of the cable and place it along with the rectangular cut you’ve made awhile ago.

Cover the CD/DVD casing. Making sure that the cables are still following the circular perimeter and that the cable ends are still along the rectangular cut.

Close the casing

See the window-like portion where the cables went out
