You know the Anbus right? They are an organization in Naruto Manga / Anime Series.

Anbu is defined in naruto.wikia.com as

Dark Side, short for Ansatsu Senjutsu Tokushu Butai literally meaning “Special Assassination and Tactical Squad”.

They are scary bunch of assassins. Fearsome team.
