Me and my German friend are eating pizza in Pizza Republic.
What’s unique about this restaurant is the way they let customers customize their pizza.
You choose the size of your pizza, and then you move along. You can then choose what toppings, what meat, what spices, the kind of cheese and many more.
This is one of my favorite pizza place in the city.
You have to move to the left once you pick a spice, cheese, etc.
They termed this as Pick and Mix.
Once you reach the counter (in the left), you will pay the bill and then wait for your pizza to be cooked.
Aside from that, there is also a pre-defined pizza you can choose. (Means not anymore customizable.)
But cheaper in price.
Pre-defined pizza refers to those pizza with pre-defined settings/toppings, example, Hawaiian pizza or Ham and Cheese, etc.
As of this writing, the customizable ones cost around 200 plus (I think around 235 pesos). While the pre-defined cost around 188 pesos.
This my friend ordering a pizza. He chose Pick and Mix style.
The next one (below) shows the decorations near the counter.
It’s a wall of bricks near the counter. And near it there is a place where they put their mugs, tumblers, spice (pepper, salt, etc.).
And above it is a LED TV.
And there’s this column/pillar that catches my attention.
This is me sketching on site.
